The Team

Trey Halberdier co-founded BANDIER Realty Partners in 2007 with his long-term friend and business partner, Rob Banzhaf. Prior to founding BANDIER Realty Partners LLC, Trey spent several years with some of the leading commercial real estate firms in the United States.

He currently represents Fortune 500, multi-national, private and public entities in all facets of commercial real estate advisory, investments and developments. Trey, like his business partner, quickly realized his passion was greater than the sole practice of Brokerage & Advisory. His innate entrepreneurial abilities launched him into the creative dynamics of a real estate investor and developer. Therefore, he created BANDIER to be the most distinctive, “high-octane” boutique investment, development, and brokerage firm in Texas.

Mr. Halberdier’s wide range of experience includes Property Acquisition/Disposition, Sale/Leaseback, Investment analysis, Ground up Development, Build to Suit, Design Build, Land Purchasing/Disposition, Business Development, Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Syndication, Promotion and Financial Services/Placement for Investments & Developments. Overall, Trey has a keen ability to procure and close complex deals with clients such as: Citibank; The Redstone Companies; G.E. EDUCATION

Mr. Halberdier graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. While studying at The Ohio State University, Mr. Halberdier won Big Ten Conference Varsity Scholar Athlete Awards and a Big Ten Championship as a four-year letterman playing Division 1 Big Ten Varsity Men’s Soccer. Trey is affiliated and member of CoreNet, HAR/TAR, ULI, and CCIM.

PERSONAL

Mr. Halberdier enjoys his family time with his wife, Paige and son, Gavin Adair. Trey and his family are committed members of Chapelwood United Methodist Church. He serves as Vice President for The Ohio State University Alumni Association Chapter in Houston and is a lifelong member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni Program. Trey also loves to golf and the outdoors.

Robert Banzhaf co-founded BANDIER Realty Partners in 2007 with his long-term friend and business partner, Trey Halberdier. Prior to founding BANDIER Realty Partners, Rob had spent several years with some of the largest International real estate firms representing multi-national and international firms with acquisition and/or disposition needs. While consistently being a top producer at these firms was rewarding, the desire to own, develop and to invest with his clients is where his true passion lies.

Mr. Banzhaf’s wide range of experience includes Property Acquisition/Disposition, Sale Leaseback Analysis, Investment analysis, Ground up Development, Build to suit, Land Purchasing/Disposition, Equity Placement, Tenant Representation, and Landlord Representation. This vast experience translates to an innate understanding of the real estate process and a complete command of the transaction from start to finish. This insight enables Rob to identify and recognize the thought processes and motives behind decisions which drive the Tenant, Landlord, Buyer, and/or Seller.

Mr. Banzhaf has used his real estate experience to benefit many clients including Citibank, G.E. Capital; LandAmerica; Midas; Lorance & Thompson PC; Redstone Asset Management, Chadbourne & Parke, DeNovo Legal, Hynix Semi-Conductors, Waterborne Energy, MDServe, ZT Group of Companies, Seismic Ventures; Nevada Gold & Casinos, Allis Chalmers Energy; Bradmark Technologies; and many others.

EDUCATION

After playing two years of NCAA Division I soccer at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Mr. Banzhaf went on to obtain his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Banzhaf is a licensed Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is also a member of multiple affiliations including ICSC, C.R.E.A.M., Houston Realty Breakfast Club, South Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, TAR, HAR, and NAR.

PERSONAL

Rob is a resident of The Woodlands and spends much of his free-time with his wife, Angela and son, Parker. He is a member of St. Anthony of Padua and is a long-time mentor to Jordan through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. When time permits, Rob enjoys golfing, fishing and running.

Lucas Daniels joined BANDIER Realty Partners in 2007 with his long-term colleagues, Rob Banzhaf and Trey Halberdier. Prior to joining BANDIER Realty Partners, Lucas spent a better part of two years with the largest investment sales firm in the country where he focused strictly on representing multi-national and international clients with acquisition and/or disposition needs.

Mr. Daniels’ wide range of experience includes Property Acquisition/Disposition, Sale/Leaseback, and Investment analysis. Lucas has a niche ability to attain and grow successful partnerships with each client he represents. His skills have been perfected through opportunities with diverse clientele throughout the United States and over seas. Lucas utilizes this knowledge to assure the most favorable transaction terms possible for his client throughout the negotiations.

PERSONAL

Mr. Daniels went on to obtain his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University. Mr. Daniels is also a licensed agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Lucas spends much of his free-time with his wife, Brooke and with many great friends in The Woodlands. When time permits, Lucas enjoys golfing, fishing and hunting.

Stephen Dell joined BANDIER Realty Partners in 2008 as a Managing Director. Prior to joining BANDIER Realty Partners, Stephen spent several years in the consulting industry and later with one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the United States representing Fortune 500, publicly traded and closely held businesses with their office acquisition and/or disposition needs. After owning investment real estate on his own, Stephen decided to mesh his consulting and real estate background with his passion for real estate to assist his clients in realizing maximum potential returns in real estate investments and development.

Mr. Dell’s experience includes property acquisition/disposition, investment analysis, equity investments, debt structuring, financial analysis, and tenant representation. This experience, coupled with the experience of the BANDIER team, allows for a complete assessment of all aspects of a real estate transaction. Stephen’s strong consulting and financial background and understanding of the operational aspects of a business allow for the thorough assessment of all investments giving our partner clients a clear investment objective and target.

Mr. Dell has used his real estate experience to benefit many clients including ConocoPhillips, McLeodUSA, Post Tension Solutions of Texas, Dewey Ballantine LLP, KPMG, Satellite Tracking of People LLC, EDGE Petroleum, and many others. These transactions involved more than 500,000 square feet of office space with a transactional value exceeding $90 million.

Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Dell spent more than 6 years as a consultant specializing in financial and strategic business consulting, most recently as a Director at a publicly traded consulting firm in Houston. The primary focus of Mr. Dell’s experience related to valuation, licensing assessments, and general financial/operational analysis for companies involving technology issues such as patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other forms of intellectual assets. During his consulting career Mr. Dell assisted companies including Yahoo!, Fidelity National Financial, R.J. Reynolds, Herman Miller, BMC Software, Philips Semiconductor, Reliant Energy, Icon Health & Fitness, Continental Airlines, ev3, Texas Instruments, and Broadcom, among others, on valuations, licensing negotiations and financial assessments related to his clients intellectual assets that exceeded $3 Billion in value.

EDUCATION

Mr. Dell obtained his bachelors degree in Economics, with an emphasis in Finance, from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Mr. Dell holds the designation of Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Mr. Dell is a licensed real estate broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of HAR.

PERSONAL

Stephen spends most of his free-time with his wife, Julia and son, Landon. Stephen is a Life Member of the Texas Exes Alumni Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Texas Silver Spurs Alumni Association. Stephen is also an active member in the Sigma Chi alumni association. Stephen and his family are members of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in The Woodlands and are involved in various local Houston charities. When time permits, Stephen enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors.

Yoni Samocha joined BANDIER Realty Partners in 2007. Before beginning his life-long dream of investing, developing and dealing in real estate, Yoni served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a Tank Commander. This experience helped Mr. Samocha further develop leadership and self-discipline. He strives for perfection in everything he does.

EDUCATION

Mr. Samocha graduated from the University of Texas at Austin as a College Scholar. Yoni’s diligence and hard work paid off and allowed him to graduate one year early and even make the Dean’s List all three years.

PERSONAL

Yoni helped establish the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity Chapter in Austin during his last year at UT and continues to be a proud alumnus. He enjoys surfing, snowboarding and friendly games of poker in his free time.
